I'm delighted to be able to offer something different from the traditional pastry shops. The idea: to live my passion, to please, to share my love of seasonal produce and to get off the beaten track of taste. I want my pastries to adapt to my customers' tastes, and certainly not the other way round. I'm also keen, because that's the role of any taste professional, to shake things up a bit and sometimes come up with some truly original creations.
