Gascon pig: fresh meat and preserves.
We raise Gascon pigs in the open air. My animals are fed with barley, whey from the Pic cheese dairy in the neighboring commune and, of course, whatever they can find on the wide grazing land available to them.
They are cut up and processed by me at the Sica des Produits Fermiers de Vaour (cutting plant and canning facility).
I market them locally to limit the environmental cost of my activity.
