This itinerary passes through the old village of Mouzieys (formerly a guard village whose mission was to keep watch over the Cordes region), then through the hamlets of Lacapelle Ste-Lucie (drinking water fountain + information panel for hikers + picnic table) and La Védillerie.
The chapel of Lacapelle, formerly attached to the village of the same name, is now private (except for the cemetery). It is on the edge of a small tarmac road that the hiker can take to return more quickly to his starting point (count 30 to 45mn); the view on Cordes is very beautiful from this small road.
The descent into the wood between Védillerie and Nauze is quite steep and can be slippery in wet weather.
This hike is very pleasant in spring, autumn and winter (clear view through the trees).
