A daring wine tasting workshop

In the Gaillac vineyards, winegrowers offer an introduction to wine tasting. You make an appointment, arrive at the winery and spend 2 hours learning how to look, smell and taste wine with a professional. By the end of the workshop, you'll already have a good idea of how to describe the play of aromas, colours and sensations, and the vocabulary that goes with it! Then there's a visit to the winery to learn about the techniques involved in working the vines and making wine. It's an enriching and highly convivial experience. Depending on the package you choose, you can follow this up with dinner in a local restaurant, with a wine and food pairing. Whether you're with friends or just the two of you, it's deliciously good fun!
