Aster offers seasonal cuisine inspired by the experience of three chefs: Josh, Tess and Maya. With their diverse cultural backgrounds, they interpret the best of local, seasonal and organic produce. Dishes are seasoned and enhanced with herbs grown in the restaurant's garden, as well as a well-stocked inventory of spice blends, ferments and preserves made in-house or drawn from the chefs' cultural repertoire. The menu evolves and changes with the seasons and inspiration, generally offering a new menu every month. Dishes can be adapted to specific dietary requirements on request. Vegetarian options are always available.
