Suitable for all levels, these circuits will make you discover magical panoramas between forest, plain and vineyard slopes, the diversity is there. And for those who want more, the 141 km long loop, which links Gaillac to Rabastens, is made for you.
Whether you're an enduro enthusiast, a touring cyclist, a family cyclo rando organiser or a cycling novice, don't worry, each mountain bike route is assigned a colour according to its level of difficulty and positive gradient. All you have to do is choose your mountain bike route and you'll have the pleasure of pedalling through castles, typical bastides, hamlets and hilltop villages and our beautiful thousand-year-old vineyards. Lakes, ridges, hills, forests, intense climbs, panoramic views, viewpoints, descents - it's a real nature playground for cyclists!

- For your own safety, use the signposted paths and respect the direction of the routes.
- Don't overestimate your abilities and keep your speed under control.
- Be careful and courteous when overtaking or crossing other cyclists, as they have priority.
- Check the condition of your bike before setting off on a mountain bike tour and take repair accessories with you.
- If you are going on your own, leave your itinerary to someone.
- Wearing a helmet is strongly recommended.
- Keep your rubbish to preserve natural areas.
