Local produce

La Toscane Occitane has a long and celebrated farming history, based on a respect for the environment and quality produce. The area is extremely well known for its duck and poultry, its cheeses, and its wine (of course!). But it also produces great craft beer, vegetables and herbs, oils, honey, biscuits, jams and preserves.
