Enclosed and secure, it comprises : - 3 small 2-storey buildings, - a huge park planted with trees and flowers - a magnificent brand-new swimming pool for residents, open from June to October (subject to the syndic's authorisation), - a sports hall.

As the owner, I've been managing my home entirely since January 2021, when I also renovated it.

I take care of

- communication from your booking to your departure,
- and the cleaning just before your stay

so that you're fully satisfied and have a great time!

Accommodation :

37m² ground-floor T2 flat comprising :
- living room
- a kitchen
- one bedroom
- bathroom with bath and separate WC
- several large cupboards,
- and a 10m² terrace with an unfenced garden and unobstructed views.

A reserved parking space is available free of charge inside the residence, just a few metres from the entrance to your building.

Linen :

All linen is provided for 1 to 3 travellers:

- for the bed and sofa bed :
sheet, fitted sheet, duvet, duvet cover, pillows with their protectors and pillowcases, bolster with its protector and pillowcase, blanket.

- for bathing :
large towels, small towels, gloves, mat.

- for the kitchen :
tea towel for washing up, tea towel for hands, mat for draining dishes.

Other facilities

Hairdryer, fan, Senséo coffee maker, washing machine, toaster, kettle, garden furniture, fan are also available.

As well as, free of charge :
shower gel for the body, hair shampoo, hand washing gel, several rolls of toilet paper, coffee, tea and sugar pods, condiments, ...

Capacity :

Accommodation available for up to 3 people.
And a baby.
But I do not have a cot or extra bed, bath provided on request.

Animals :

Only one dog or cat is allowed (at no extra charge).

Miscellaneous :

TV via fibre with a multitude of free channels and access to Netflix (your access codes will be required).

Invoice for stay provided on request.

Smoking: Only permitted in the garden (ashtray available).

Independent entry procedure - Day 1 :

- remote opening of the residence gate via the intercom,
- then opening of the building's hall door,
- then code lock on the front door of the home.

Immediately afterwards, you will pick up the remote control for the gate from the table in the living room.
