Just 35 minutes from Toulouse, Albi and Castres, this guest house has plenty of charm, with its stone and brick walls, whitewashed renderings and wooden partitions. Bright, peaceful and very comfortable, it overlooks a vast garden with swimming pool. Ideal for 5 people.

It is located next to the studio of the painter and sculptor Emmanuel Michel. Completely renovated by us, it can easily accommodate 5 people with its 2 bedrooms and mezzanine. It is bright and charming, with its stone and brick walls, lime render and wooden partitions. A pleasant place to live in a peaceful setting, it opens onto a vast garden with a swimming pool. It adjoins the house and workshop. It is comfortable, with a fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine) and wifi TV. Outside, a private area with table for 6, parasol, bench and plancha. Inside is a lounge with a sofa and a large TV. Next door, the dining area with a lovely table for 6 and the open-plan kitchen (fridge, freezer, induction hob, electric oven, microwave, electric coffee maker and electric kettle). The living-dining room is heated by a wood-burning stove (with an additional electric radiator). The bathroom has a lovely walk-in shower and a washing machine. Please note that towels are not provided. A double bed in the downstairs bedroom, 2 single beds that can be combined to form 1 double bed in the upstairs bedroom. A mezzanine with a single bed. Duvets and duvet covers are provided. A library with books, wardrobes and shelves for clothes. A fan in the living room for cooling in summer (the old house is naturally cool) and to distribute the heat from the stove in winter. Chairs and deckchairs in the garden. The swimming pool, shared with our family, is protected by a wooden fence closed by a secure gate. Outdoor games available (ping-pong, badminton, ball...).
