*The guest house
Completely independent house in an old renovated farmhouse, 3km from Cordes-sur-Ciel, on the road between Cordes and Cahuzac-sur-Vère.
Private swimming pool with approved secure roller shutter, covered terrace, garden and views over the vineyards. The pool measures 8x4 m with a flat floor of around 1.70 m and steps.
Ground floor with all rooms on one level:
- Kitchen/dining room. Kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher, filter and French press coffee makers, Tassimo® pod coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster, raclette machine and electric vegetable grater.
- Living room with TV
- Shower room and 2 separate WCs
- Bedroom with 140x190cm bed
- Large, high living room of 40 m², all in exposed stone, opening onto the pool terrace with board games.
First floor: four bedrooms, a shower room and wc:
- Bedroom 1: a 160x200cm bed and a cot with bars
- Bedroom 2: 160x200cm bed
- Bedroom 3: a 140x190cm bed and a 90x190cm extra bed
- Bedroom 4 : a bunk bed with two 90cm beds
Outside: around 1 hectare of land surrounds the guest house with garden (not enclosed), garden furniture, swimming pool, sun loungers, barbecue, porch and chickens. Ping-pong table under a covered shed.
Covered but not enclosed car park adjacent to the guest house.
Please note: the swimming pool is open from June to September. Please note that these dates may vary depending on the structure.
