The guest house :
Totally self-contained, set in a large 2-hectare park, with private fenced swimming pool.
- Ground floor: living room with 4K TV and wood-burning stove, fitted kitchen, utility room with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and second fridge-freezer, and bathroom with bath and WC.
Behind the living room is a spare bedroom, curtained off for extra sleeping space if required.
- Upstairs: a master suite with a 160x200cm bed, two other bedrooms (one with a 140cm bed and a 120cm bed, and the second narrower bedroom with a 140cm double bed and a 90cm single bed for a child).
Also on the first floor, a bathroom with bath and washbasin, and a shower room with toilet.
- Outside: large terrace in front of the kitchen for al fresco dining, and a second, fully covered terrace behind the guest house with pleasant garden furniture.
Private swimming pool secured by an all-round fence. 12x5m pool with sun loungers and parasols.
Easy parking close to the guest house, under the shade of large oak trees. Baby equipment on request: cot, bath and high chair.
The guest house is located near the wine-making village of Cahuzac-sur-Vère, on a hilltop surrounded by parkland planted with magnificent oak trees, flowering hedges and fragrant honeysuckle. A few horses graze in a meadow above the guest house. Your children can play in the park and woods, while you relax by the pool.
