Detached gîte set on a hillside, on one of the plateaux overlooking Cordes sur Ciel and the Cérou valley. It has a pretty garden, surrounded by fields, and is reached by a dirt track.
**The Gîte**
A cosy living room with light wood flooring, stone walls and exposed beams, the kitchen area is not to be outdone, with its wooden design in keeping with the room. It is fully equipped and opens onto the outside. All the appliances are complete: filter and Nespresso coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, cookware.
Bedroom: on the same landing, there is a shower room and WC, as well as the master bedroom (160cm double bed) with its own washbasin.
Stairs lead up to the second bedroom on the garden level. It opens directly onto the garden. It also sleeps two, or up to four people (two 90cm trundle beds).
Covered terrace with views over Cordes sur Ciel, adorned with a beautiful wisteria. Garden furniture, barbecue.
Reversible air conditioning, wood-burning stove in living room (wood provided).
