On the first floor, there are 4 large bedrooms, one of which is ensuite, and a family bathroom. The 2 acre garden contains the 12x6 metre swimming pool within a large, secluded tiled terrace with barbecue area, sun-loungers and sun-shades. The pool and terrace is totally fenced with two 'child-proof' access gates. The pool has a shallow end with wide corner steps. The garden offers spacious lawns, a field for children's games and places of welcome shade during the summer months. The house is surrounded by fields, vineyards and small copses.
