Guylène and Charles, originally from the Aveyron, worked for more than 30 years in our Parisian restaurant, in the heart of Paris, we honoured the products of the Aveyron and our sense of welcome. And it is with pleasure that we continue to receive and cook for our guests. Sharing and generosity being at the heart of our way of life, it is quite natural that we have created our three guest rooms.
