We are located in Cestayrols, in the heart of the Gaillac vineyards, on the first slopes of the right bank.
Historically, the estate was one of the first to work organically in the 1980s. After returning to a conventional farming system for some time, a new team has returned to the past of Les Vignals by obtaining the Organic Agriculture label in 2013.
Respect for the terroir, the people who work in the vineyards and the transmission of know-how form the basis and philosophy of Les Vignals. Attached to our terroir, we work mainly with local grape varieties such as Braucol, Duras, Mauzac or Loin de L'oeil, thus offering wines that are off the beaten track, with personality, flavours and characteristics specific to the vineyard. We work in AOP Gaillac and IGP Côtes du Tarn in order to offer you a varied range of wines.
We offer a walk through our vineyards all year round, except for the harvest. You can also book a picnic with local products from June to August directly on our website.
