Rikomiel

Eric Viguier is a beekeeper from the Tarn whose specificity is to run his apiary in two distinct regions, the Tarn and the Médoc (33) in Organic Apiculture (AB).

He has been in business since 2011 and is constantly seeking new flavours for the delight of honey lovers.
In 2016 Valérie Béneyt, his partner, joined him to take part in the running of the Médoc apiaries. Valérie is also in charge of communication and marketing in the Médoc.
In 2020, they decided to convert their farm to organic farming; to be in line with their ethical and environmental values.
Production of different varieties of organic honey: acacia, heather, chestnut, forest, mountain, wild flowers, summer and spring.
Production of processed products based on our honey: spreads, dried fruit, salted butter caramel, gingerbread, biscuits...
