Family farm in Montans, called Le Verdet. We produce tomato vegetable plants of ancient and modern variety which counts 36 varieties, courgettes, squash... Flower plants such as geraniums, pelargoniums, marigolds, petunias... Aromatic plants such as mint, thyme, rosemary etc. We also produce seasonal vegetables and fruit: tomatoes, courgettes, aubergines, peppers etc.
We transform our potatoes into cooked chips or we offer them to our customers, cooked on the local farmers' markets in Gaillac, on Tuesday evenings from July to the end of August from 6pm to 11pm. But also, finely salted chips cooked in a cauldron (artisanal chips from Cayres). The origin of the name Cayres, is our old place called Cayres from the time of Napoleon. You can find our chips at the grocery shop in Montans, at the bread of Lissou, at Parisot (RAGT) and in direct sale at the farm.
