La Ferme aux Champs Etoilés
The Ferme aux Champs Etoilés consists mainly of a layer hen farm, a snail farm and cereal crops.
All these activities are carried out according to the principles of agroecology (establishment of agroforestry systems in the poultry runs, diversified and organic meadow crops, etc.) and the entire production is marketed in short circuits.

Sale on the markets of Albi-Castelviel (Thursday 15h30-19h00), Saint-Juery noctambio (Monday 16h00-19h00), Cordes-sur-ciel (Saturday 7h00-13h00).
Sale at the farm (Wednesday 10am-6pm) and sale of baskets online from the O'meloko network of producers in the north of Tarn (http://www.omeloko.fr/)
