The fruit on offer is picked the day before for the next day.
The sale takes place from the beginning of June to the end of September at the farm every Thursday from 3pm to 7pm. On the markets of Gaillac on Tuesday evening,
Friday morning, Sunday morning, and Saturday morning in Albi (place de la cathédrale).
