Our family farm produces its own wheat and durum wheat for the making of wood-fired bread, old-fashioned fouaces and pasta. Our green asparagus production is sold at the farm from the end of March to the beginning of May from Monday to Saturday from 3pm to 7pm!
Our wheat is crushed on site in our stone mill in the Sidobre region. With this flour, we make our natural leavened bread, which is baked in an old-fashioned wood-fired oven. Our pasta is made by us on our premises. You can find our products at the farm or at the markets: Wednesday afternoon in Terssac, Thursday morning in St Juéry, Saturday morning in Albi place Fernand Pelloutier and in Brens.
Bread is sold all year round at the farm on Wednesdays and Fridays from 3pm to 7pm.
