GAEC Le champ des Artisans
Diversified organic market gardening on 1 ha, production of seedlings and a variety of vegetables with processing activity. Direct sales at markets and on the farm.
Production of organic vegetable seedlings (AB), vegetable garden flowers and herbs, with a large number of old varieties. Sales from April to mid-June at the Gaillac (Friday morning) and Albi (Place Pelloutier, Saturday morning) markets and at the farm (every day except Sunday afternoon, 9am-12pm/15pm-6pm).
Vegetable production, specialising in mini-vegetables, sold at the Gaillac and Albi markets and at the farm (internet orders) from mid-June to December.
