EARL Fargues
As breeders of "Aubrac" cows, we have a butcher's shop on the farm, where we sell veal and beef from our farm. We offer our products in retail or in boxes as in a traditional butcher's shop.
Breeders for 40 years, we opened the butchery 16 years ago. The animals are raised in the traditional way on hay and local cereals. The customer is free to buy the quantity he wants.

Opening hours on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 9 am and 12 pm and between 4 pm and 7 pm.
Except Monday, Tuesday and Sunday.
