Mr Yves Thuriès, twice elected Meilleur Ouvrier de France in the Pâtisserie-Traiteur and Confiseur-Glacier categories, is a man of knowledge and sharing. That's why, in 1989, he decided to open the Musée des Arts du Sucre et du Chocolat on the same site as his laboratory, in the Maison Prunet, an authentic medieval building.
Here you'll discover remarkably fine sugar and chocolate sculptures, each work transporting you to a different world.
At the end of the visit, you'll be treated to a gourmet tasting of our specialities.
In the production workshop, you can make traditional biscuits, including the famous croquants de Cordes.
For the more curious, workshops are available to introduce you to the basic techniques and make your own chocolate creations.
The museum shop offers a wide range of chocolate and biscuit treats. Let yourself be seduced by these delights!
