Our regular markets and local food shops
Open-air markets are the ideal place to meet our local food producers. Market garden vegetables, honey, biscuits and cheese are all part of the tastes and smells of the Gaillac region. There’s so much to choose from. And don’t forget the gourmet markets in summer, where there are tables and chairs set up in the marketplace, so you can buy whatever takes your fancy and then sit down to eat it, all in the same place.
