Gaec des garrigues

They look after a dairy cow farm at the heart of their business. Every day, the milk produced by their cows is carefully collected, then processed on site to create a range of artisanal products.

They make a point of adding value to their produce by creating local specialities such as tomme, creamy yoghurts and fromage frais. Their know-how is reflected in the quality of these products, which are the fruit of their passionate work and commitment to farming traditions.

The GAEC des Garrigues is run by Aurélie and her family.
