In Brens, Bénédicte grows, harvests and processes aromatic and medicinal plants, sharing their benefits and flavours with you.

Bénédicte is keen to respect her land, and works mainly by hand, encouraging biodiversity and following the lunar calendar.

The product range: Saffron products with pure pistils, syrup and biscuits.
A range of simple herbal teas and blends with wild-gathered and Brens-grown plants.
Fresh and dried aromatic herbs for cooking.
Edible flower and herb salads.
Aromatic plants available in May and saffron bulbs in July and August.
You can find my products for sale on my farm, at various local fairs and events and in producers' shops. La Corbeille du Segala farm shop in Le Garric (Tuesdays 3pm-7pm, Wednesdays 3pm-7pm, Fridays 3pm-7pm and Saturdays 9am-1pm).
