Since 2022, it has been hosting artistic dissemination projects (multidisciplinary programming by professional artists) and artist residencies. It is also used for artistic and cultural education initiatives.
The place is fully equipped to host live shows and professional artistic teams. The capacity is 300 seated and 890 standing. The hall has a stage equipped with sound and lighting equipment, as well as a removable dance floor and dance mats, dressing rooms and a catering area so that artists can be received in ideal conditions. The public space is adaptable: retractable bleachers or a "jazz club" configuration, with a dance floor that can be placed on the stage or in the auditorium. The place also has a reception hall, a bar, a professional kitchen and an outdoor area overlooking the lake.
