Your holiday in the heart of the Gaillac vineyards, one of the oldest in France
This corner of the Tarn is known as ‘petite Toscane’, where the countryside is soft and round, with vineyards, small woods, hills and a small road winding through the fields... Come and spend your holidays in Vors, a small traditional hamlet in the Gaillac area, not far from Castelnau-de-Montmiral, in the ‘Pays des Bastides’. You've probably already heard of the medieval city of Cordes-sur-Ciel, or the Episcopal City of Albi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site? These jewels are just around the corner, and exploring them will make up your holiday programme, before venturing further afield to Grésigne, the Pays de Cocagne, or the fortresses of Penne or Puycelsi.
In summer, don't miss the aperitif concerts at the winegrowers', a key moment in the conviviality of the Gaillac vineyards, with their legendary warm welcome.
The guest house has its back to a small road that winds its way through the vineyards.
